Starting from £400, the Quality 4 Health + Wellbeing pricing structure offers a cost-effective quality assurance accreditation that’s attainable for any size of Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector organisation.  Quality 4 Health + Wellbeing pricing includes all stages of the quality assurance process including:

  • Workpack
  • Evidence Portal
  • Assessment and Verification*
  • Organisational continual improvement plan
  • On successful completion, certificate and accredited organisation logo pack

Quality 4 Health + Wellbeing is perfectly designed to be delivered in partnership with local funders and commissioners.  Successfully implemented in both Calderdale & Kirklees, Quality 4 Health + Wellbeing have been able to offer VCSE organisations partially funded opportunities to complete the quality assurance standard.  This model has demonstrated the commitment of local funders and commissioners to invest in high quality service delivery.

The Quality 4 Health + Wellbeing team would be happy to discuss and support U.K. VCSE infrastructure organisations and their relative funding and commissioning bodies in implementing a similar model.

Quality 4 Health + Wellbeing Levels

Foundation Level

£ 400
  • This covers the necessary foundations for primarily volunteer led organisations delivering health and wellbeing services.

£ 650
  • Level 1 builds upon the Foundation Level and embeds a person-centred approach across the organisation.

Level Two

£ 750
  • Level 2, the highest level currently available, is most suitable for organisations that deliver several health and wellbeing services working from either one central office base or across several sites.

* In cases where an organisation is deferred following assessment a re-assessment will have to be undertaken. The cost of which will be dependent on level of re-assessment.

**These prices apply to a standard registration and assessment which applies to VCSE organisations that deliver across a single site/office org with 15 or less staff. For organisations with over 15 staff and that deliver on a multi-site basis we can provide a tailored quote.

Local Authorities

We are currently working with a number of Local Authorities to support the development of the voluntary and community sector.  We are achieving this by helping to demonstrate the quality and outcomes for their services users and supporting organisations to be ready to deliver public sector contracts, such as social prescribing. We could also support Local Authorities to improve quality within your care home settings by offering a bespoke support package.

Clinical Commissioning Groups

Quality For Health was developed in partnership with Calderdale CCG. We are working with a number of CCGs who are interested in quality assurance for voluntary and community organisations delivering health services, enabling them to demonstrate the difference their organisations make to services users and patients by delivering high quality services. CCGs may be interested to support their local voluntary and community sector and be more confident around commissioning and referrals through working with Quality For Health. Quality For Health can also support priorities laid out in the NHS Long Term Plan, such as social prescribing and supporting organisations delivering prevention, mental health and support for carers. 

Quality For Health can also be used as a useful tool in bringing partners together to develop Primary Care Networks.
