Assessment
Once an organisation has completed their work pack and evidence gathering they will be required to apply for an assessment and submit their work pack and evidence. Following submission a full assessment will be arranged. Quality For Health assessments are carried out by external assessors. The assessment process is over two stages: a desk top review and a site visit. Following an offsite desk top review by the assessor, they will then arrange a date for a onsite visit. This site visit will consist of:
- Interviews with staff, volunteers, services users and governing body
- Observations of service delivery
- Desktop review feedback
